With more than 25 years of experience in hospitality, events and catering, Lisa is a tourism professional that focuses on building relationships and actively listening to others. She has held senior leadership roles in both operations and sales for select service and full service hotels in all major market classifications: convention, airport, highway, suburban, city center and beachfront. She started her hotel career with the Homewood Suites brand and has a keen eye for securing extended stay accounts and remixing business to suit a specific hotel’s business needs. Lisa knows how to use her resources, analyze data and secure vital partnerships in order to achieve stellar guest service and raise the value of a property. With over 3 decades of hotel experience, Juana represents dedication to the industry by providing on property sales leadership to major hotel brands such as Wyndham, Hilton & Holiday Inn. Juana’s professional sales skills started in Pennsylvania with Prime Hospitality, Horizons, and GF Hotels & Resorts. Juana also worked with Willow Valley Associates & Interstate Hotels & Resorts. Juana is a bilingual communicator, a revenue generator and multitasker. Growing up in NYC from immigrant parents and relocating to the US at a young age, she learned to be a go-getter and do whatever it takes to succeed in life. Juana forged a career in hospitality which she loves! She has an aptitude for uncovering corporate business, handling guest concerns and building strong relationships. She is passionate about servicing her clients and is proud of the hotels she has represented.
